1. How the Service Works

ShortDramaBase provides an online entertainment service that makes short-drama titles available for streaming to end users. Playback and related media may be delivered through our infrastructure and/or authorized technical partners.

We do not permit users to upload or publish third-party series on the Service unless we expressly offer a separate creator program in writing.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available through ShortDramaBase infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at [email protected].

To help us process your request promptly, your notice should include at least: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, drama title, episode number, and page URL); (4) your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the relevant material as quickly as practicable, and in any event aim to act within forty-eight (48) hours for clear and complete notices.

We may notify the user or technical partner associated with the material, and we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate under applicable law and our policies.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including: your contact details; identification of the material removed and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong (or as otherwise required by applicable law) and to accept service of process from the complainant.
