Do Not Sell or Share

1. Overview

Depending on your location, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA).

ShortDramaBase uses advertising and analytics partners to measure campaign performance. In some cases, disclosure of identifiers or events to those partners may be considered a "sale" or "share" under certain state laws.

2. How to Opt Out

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and include: (1) the email or UID associated with your account if any; (2) your state or country of residence; and (3) a clear request to opt out of sale/sharing for advertising.

You may also use browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally recognized; we will process such signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser where technically feasible.

You can further limit tracking via your browser cookie settings and the privacy controls of advertising platforms.

3. What Opting Out Does Not Affect

Opting out of sale/sharing does not delete your account, cancel VIP subscriptions, or stop processing that is necessary to provide the Service (such as payment processing, security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics needed to operate ShortDramaBase).
